    Have been taking for two weeks and not noticed a different just yet. My jar has already ran out so ordered the bigger one this time hopefully will start seeing the impact!

    Great Seamoss

    I have a subscription of 4 bottles every 5 weeks and I really enjoy drinking this in warm water with lemon. Have seen a dramatic improvement in nail growth since drinking this .

    This is my first time taking sea moss gel afterc reading about the many benefits . I was struggling with severe post viral fatigue and nothing seemed to be helping . Im now almost two weeks into taking this and starting feel so much better . My sleep has also improved but the most surprising and extra benefit for me so far , is it seems to have cleared up my asthma symptoms! Usually at this time of year I'm badly affected by the dampness and tree pollen ...but I have no coughing or wheezing at all! I also have arthritis and definitely don't feel as sore . I'm going to carry on taking this and hope it continues to have the benefits it already seems to have had . Id recomend to try it, there's nothing to lose
